Before making a return make sure you have read the Returns Policy and refresh yourself with the Terms & Conditions.

Step by step returns procedure

  1. Download an RMA Form and fill in all parts.  Please make sure you fill in this form correctly and fully, failure to do this may result in your return being declined.
  2. Package the item properly and include all manuals, CDs, cables, accessories and anything else that came with the item when you bought it.
  3. Bring the product, RMA Form and invoice/receipt with you to Computer Solutionz for testing.

What happens next?

We will test the product for the problems listed, if these problems are not found, or not covered by the warranty you will be charged an hourly fee for testing the product.

After identifying the problems we will contact our suppliers and arrange a return.  When we receive the product back from our manufacturers after repair/replacement we will contact you so that you may arrange collection.  We do not cross ship, this means we will not give you another product from stock while the faulty product is being repaired/replaced.

If the item is declined by our suppliers you may be charged a fee for any testing carried out by our suppliers and also any delivery costs involved sending the product back to the manufacturer.
